Designed to meet the service, support and troubleshooting needs of customers, the Acronis Advantage programme provides a variety of support options including self service, pay-per-incident, as well as subscription support plans.
Acronis offers customers an enhanced self-service knowledge base library, expanded pay-per-incident support, and a pair of annual subscription-based support programmes aimed at providing customers with world-class service, at a level and cost that meets specific support needs.
Acronis Advantage Maintenance & Support subscription
Choose the appropriate support & maintenance option when acquiring the product licence. Acronis Advantage Premier (AAP) is the default option unless Acronis Advantage Standard (AAS) is specified. The subscription is annually renewable at approximately 20% of the new licence price.
