Acronis Support

All Acronis corporate products include an Acronis support and maintenance subscription for 12 months. Designed to meet the service, support and troubleshooting needs of customer, the Acronis Advantage programme provides a variety of support options including self service, pay-per-incident, as well as subscription support plans.

Acronis offers customers an enhanced self-service knowledge base library, expanded pay-per-incident support, and a pair of annual subscription-based support programmes aimed at providing customers with world-class service, at a level and cost that meets specific support needs.

Acronis Advantage    Maintenance & Support subscription

Choose the appropriate support & maintenance option when acquiring the product licence.  Acronis Advantage Premier (AAP) is the default option unless Acronis Advantage Standard (AAS) is specified.  The subscription is annually renewable at approximately 20% of the new licence price.

    Acronis Advantage Premier (AAP)

    This is the default option  when you purchase a new Acronis licence. Offers 24x7x365 support services via chat, phone, and email. Acronis Advantage Premier customers receive priority support. In the event of a business-critical system error, customers will receive the initial response within one hour. AAP customers also receive no-charge upgrades to the latest version of their Acronis software during the subscription period.

    Acronis Advantage Standard (AAS)

    Offers 10×5 support services Monday through Friday (08h00-18h00 CET) via chat, phone, and email. In the event of a business-critical system error, an Acronis engineer will respond within one business day. AAS customers also receive no-charge upgrades to the latest version of their Acronis software during the subscription period.
